glina showcase

Invocation

glina showcase <asset> [--out <file.glb>] [--config <path>]

Purpose

Build Glina's deterministic cohesive animated reference asset directly in Blender.

Inputs and options

  • <asset> names a declared reference asset. Glina ships dragon and a rigged biped with walking and idle clips. glina showcases list shows the installed set; showcases add accepts another JSON declaration.
  • --out <file.glb> selects the result; by default Glina creates outputs/<asset>-showcase.glb inside its user data directory ($XDG_DATA_HOME/glina or ~/.local/share/glina). It never writes into the installed package.
  • --config <path> selects Blender MCP settings; a missing explicit file or malformed config refuses. Only an absent implicit default is optional.

Output and state

Creates the reference scene in Blender, exports it, applies the strict animated quality gate, writes the GLB, and prints the result as JSON.

Refusals

A missing asset writes error: showcase requires an asset name; available: biped, dragon and exits 2. An unknown asset exits 2 with error: unknown showcase <name>; available: biped, dragon. Blender, export, and gate errors exit 1 with their actual failed operation.
